I 765 at NBC. PD: 08/05/2021
hi all, I just subscribed to pro on this app and saw some applications filed during the same time have already reached ‘decesion’. I am not sure why these cases were processed before others ? is there some random selections or priority given to some application more than others ? I am really praying to get EAD and AP before January so that I can travel back to my country. Its becoming quiet urgent day by day as the health of my loved one is deteriorating. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

NBC is now processing EADs with April PD. Someone with April 12 PD got their EAD two days ago. Your PD is in August so you’re definitely not going to get it before January unless you try and expedite. Good luck!

@ GED Chicago - I share the same thought process but on the contrary, this app is showing few candidates have had their case approved when filed during the same time. If you can access pro analysis on this app, you’ll be able to see that. My question is more towards - is that a possibility or is it a glitch ? do some cases get processes lot faster compared to others ?

Sam shrest. I think they just treat cases randomly, hence why some people get approval notice while others are still waiting, it’s crazy

Another thing to consider is RFE. When USCIS is waiting on an applicants response, that holds the case up also.

When comparing two EAD cases, you need to make sure that they both are under the same category (marriage, employment, asylum, etc…) and center (Nebraska, Texas, California, Vermont…).

GED Chicago yes you have a valid point.

Don’t the Lawfully Bot do that for us? Only show the estimated timeframe comparing relavant case type and center who filed around the same time.

that’s what I thought Srikant. Since we have provided all the information they could have easily bucketed the similar cases for accurate analysis.

I'm in Califormia and my April 12th submission JUST got approved (Nov 11 - National Benefits Center), status was on received without change until now and just changed directly to decision
