I-765 approved but no I-131
Hello community,
I got my EB1 I-765 approved in April but still no update on I-131. My PD is June 2022. I-765, I-131 and I-485 filed together in December 2022. Anyone in the same boat? or is it normal that it takes so much time for I-131?

Same boat! Exactly same timeline EB1 PD is June 2022, I765 I got it in April but no news on I131.

Same here. EB1 PD is Oct '22. I got i-765 in May '23 submitted i-693 in June '23 along with i-485J. No news so far either for i-485 or i-131. Case at MSC and from an Indian citizen.

EB-1A TSC filed. USCIS approved my EAD yesterday after 10.5 months. AP still pending. My PD is October 2016. USCIS approved both EAD and AP for my spouse 4-5 days back.

eb1 a current row, i485 filed with ead and AP December 2022. got only ead in may. still waiting for status update since fingerprints applied January 2023

in same boat... filed in mid-December 2022, EAD approved in mid May and no progress on I131.

My EAD was approved couple of days back. My AP status still on “fingerprints was applied” since January 2023.
