Thought to share my timeline.
PD: January 25, 2021
Biometrics: June 1, 2021
Expedite: June 21, 2021
Evidence requested: July 7, 2021
Evidence sent: July 9, 2021
Silence…..
Card is produced: July 27, 2021
Key points here: Through my routine check-in on the expedite case status via EMMA, I was informed that I was sent an expedite request for evidence but I did not receive the email. I then asked the Tier 1 officer to schedule a call with a tier 2 officer within 48 hours. The call happened and I was emailed the evidence request notice.
There was no way to track my expedite status. Never received an email that the request was received so I resorted to EMMA pretty much every other day.

Sure!
- Cover letter detailing why I’m expediting based on ‘financial loss’
- Offer letter from my prospective employer. I am a PharmD graduate and was offered a position as a Covid-19 consultant pharmacist
- Private loan due date. I graduated last year and my grace period is over. Without a job, I can’t afford to pay the loan. My spouse does not make enough to cover the loan payment.
- PharmD diploma + transcript.

Z M, I actually found the call useful as I received what I asked for within hours of speaking to the officer.
Recommendations are to be as clear and concise as possible. I hope you get a patient tier 2 officer.

thank you @stecey o. the call went well. The agent wasn’t too patient but I managed. My first question was if my case has been assigned to an officer for adjudication yet and she said yes but couldn’t tell me how much longer would take to process it. On the bright side I think it’s good that at least it’s not pending for adjudication to an agent but no idea what it means in terms of timeline
