I-765 and I-485 Timeline with approved I-130
Has anyone had any experience filing for EAD and Green Card after the petition is already approved is it a faster timeline? Currently at the USCIS is actively Reviewing for the Green card

yes, no faster timeline but at interview my petitioner was not asked any question. I was asked just 5 questions about myself and not the marriage since I-130 was already approved.

@Na A I have the same situation like you I have an approved I-130 already and I applied for I-485 and I-765 in 7/2021 and my I-765 is approved already and I have my interview next week for my I-485

@blessed for some reason my priority date on the I-485 is August 29 2020 thought that would make it faster
