I’ve been waiting for 9 months. I chatted with a live agent through ask Emma on USCIS website and submitted a case inquiry. they said I’ll get an update in a month. I did that last week. so hoping to get an update in 3 weeks

Any updates on your i485 mandamus filing? I am also thinking of filing a writ of mandamus. That's why I want to know.

on the website says 3.5 months but it’s not necessarily true. It depends on the office, I think it might take up to 1 year to be processed. Good luck!
