I-751 waiver
please give ha good advice I file I-751 waiver in June 2019 and my case status change ready to schedule interview Nov 2019 after that nothing no update i send 4 time inquiries but every time I got different ans once case Is active under review and the next inquiry ans your case is awaiting review, I’m very disappointed 4 years done but I’m just waiting for interview I got 48 months extension later , I ask to my lawyer can I file citizenship and he said not , how can I push my case, how to contact with uscis , please give me aa good advice I really need it 😭

@Oliver WP Bcz he said your marriage not complete 18 months you got divorce before apply I-751 something like that

if he gets a divorce before is conditions are removed, he can't file the N400 until he reaches his 5 year anniversary of receiving the green card
