My friend filed I751 petition to remove conditions on residence on November 21, 2024 case was approved on January 31, 2025 by February 4, 2025 Card was delivered...

I filled in October 2023, still no answer. At least I got the 48 months extension. I am also divorced.

processing time of i751 petition waiver or joint filing took 24 months . make sure you provide good faith evidences....
