I-751, waiver application. Approved without an interview. Best of luck to everyone.
I initially submitted the application with a waiver but without the divorce decree. I sent the divorce decree 6 months later when I received it. I submitted two service requests per the instructions provided on the USCIS website. The first one was submitted on 10/31/2022 but was voided. I submitted a second request on 11/30/2022, and I received a response on Jan 6, 2023, via email stating, "The status of this service request is: Your case is currently under review by an officer. You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter." I had not heard back after that. I also reached out to the congressman in December 2022, but they did not submit an inquiry on my behalf until 03/13/2023. So, not sure if such an inquiry had helped or not, but I think it is worth trying if you could. I got approved today without an interview. I submitted the following documents in my initial waiver application to prove that our marriage was bona fide and verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship. I submitted evidence of cohabitation, commingling of finances, and intimacy. The initial list of documents that I sent with the waiver application included: Two passport photos; A copy of our marriage certificate; A copy of my green card, passport, and driver’s license; A personal affidavit attesting to our relationship; An affidavit from a marriage counselor; Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends and family attesting to our relationship, cohabitation, and marriage; Various photos (around 12 total) from our wedding, honeymoon trip, vacations, family dinners, and holidays; A copy of our wedding reception invitation; Receipts of wedding venue, hotel, and photo/video; A copy of our wedding reception attendees list; Correspondence between my ex-wife and I; Receipts for gifts we purchased for each other; Travel itineraries, tickets to events, hotel bookings, and car rental receipts from our joint vacations & trips; Deed to property showing both our names and the same address; Mortgage/loan documents showing both our names and the same address; HOA statements showing our home address; Bank statements for joint checking, savings, and credit card accounts showing both our names and the same address from the time I received my conditional green card to the time of submitting the waiver application; A voided check for our joint accounts showing both our names and the same address; Tax returns filed as jointly married; Utility bills showing both our names and the same address (Electricity, water/gas, Internet, Phone) from the time I received my conditional green card to the time of submitting the waiver application; Joint health, life, property, auto insurance, and cards showing both our names and the same address; Life insurance policies designating my spouse as the beneficiary; College savings plan accounts showing both our names and the same address; Correspondence and cards from friends and family congratulating us on our wedding, anniversary, and home purchase showing both our names and the same address. Hope this helps. I know the waiting is hard, but hang in there! I wish everyone the best of luck on your cases. Thanks!

Thanks, everyone. I tried to submit as much evidence as possible to make the case looks strong. The divorce is not fun and wish it not to anyone. It is bitter to see everything I worked hard for goes away. @ sinsupa, yes, that’s what the I-751 form is for. It is to get the 10-year GC.
