I-751 waiver
Why is it taking over to 3 years to get an answer after a NOID ? I-751 waiver case. How do USCIS process NOIDS?
What can I do to get my case moving again ? Is it safe to travel with the stamp after the NOID?

why don’t you apply for citizenship if you are eligible to? If it’s a waiver it means you are eligible to file for N-400 at 4 years 9 months of having your GC, it will expedite your I-751

I did apply for N-400 … after the combo interview I got the NOID asking for more proof of marriage. I haven't heard from them since.

, what did you provide as evidence of marriage ? May be you need to provide utilities, bank account , joint tax filed together, pictures , phone bills and above all prayer , with God all things are possible. wishing you the best.

@tata cag I am in the same boat, it just happened last week, and i am still married with US citizen.could you please give more information?
