I 751
I obtained my citizenship while serving in the army, and I had my green card for two years at that time. Today, I received a letter from USCIS stating that I need to file Form I-751. Do I need to file this form since I am already a U.S. citizen? I’m kind of confused about why they are sending this if they already retrieved my green card immediately after I was approved for naturalization.

It doesn’t make sense, maybe you should call USCIS for clarification

it’s an error. no need to remove conditions. you’re already a citizen

how did you obtain citizenship if you’ve not been a lpr for 5 years or married to a citizen for 3?

dung Tran, I’m in the army, so they usually expedite the process, I have a naturalization cert and a blue passport
this is why I was worry since I’m a citizen why do I still need to remove a condition on green card if I don’t have does card anymore
