I traveled with a copy; I didn't have the original, it was in another state.

did you face any issue carrying a copy? @sandra catano i have original copy, but i want to keep it safe during my travel. just making sure it wont bother. @shelly d

@RM M : Just my understanding that you will need the original extension letter along with your GC. You may not have a problem with CBP carrying a copy, but with the airline if you have a copy.
