I-751 RFE, case transferred
Hello Guys. Filled jointly I-751, got RFE for more evidence about marriage, Sent them evidence. After that , case status changed “ RFE received “ and in 5 days “ case transferred to another office “ . Looks like they even didn’t check additional evidence what I sent, just transferred case. What is a reason ? Anyone has the same situation? I didn’t apply for N-400

I didn’t sent a lot of evidence when I filled I-751 that’s why they requested RFE . But I answered to RFE with much more evidence what included ID same address , leases , taxes, bills affidavits,insurances, joint checking and investment accounts, travels, gym membership, for entire 5 years marriage, after that in couple days they transferred my case to another office

@Anna K Ok I guess that’s why they transferred your case to NBC. They are preparing to schedule you for an interview so get ready. It is always important to front load your case with a shit ton of evidence. Always try to win the first time. All the best

Thank you , Rocco. A bit strange they requested RFE and even didn’t check it just immediately transfer. Probably NBC now will check.🤷♀️

@Anna K Yea hopefully. I have seen cases approved after being transferred to the NBC. Hopefully that happens to your case
