I 751 Removal of Conditions
Can anyone tell me if I should file for citizenship while my I751 is still pending?

Yes under the three year rule, being married with a US citizen and still living together, you can apply for citizenship after 3 years of getting your temporary green card even if your I751 is still pending. (If I am not mistaken)
