I-751 removal conditional
hi everyone! I’m back here again because I have an very specific question about my case . im
not the kind of guy who talk too much , special here , but I’m very curious about something and maybe you guys here can help and clarify my mind.
I’m still waiting on my I-751 to get approved ( 2 years now ) and my question is ( because I’m in the same sex-marriage ) can this cause a impact for the decision? or they really just are playing with everyone and make us wait until they decide to contact us for a real answer! sound stupid maybe but I see so many people get approved before my case. people that has applied in the last 3 months and got approved already . i just don’t know what to think anymore , is just ridiculous all this time waiting . congratulations for those who get fast, I’m happy for them but how about us ? we’ve been waiting for so long … that question is very personal for me because I don’t talk about my life like that but I need to know if is me thinking that I have a different case or they really BS with us.. you guys take care and good luck everyone. btw, my case are in Potomac Service Center.

@Raph-Me RSC I don’t think it as nothing to do with your sexuality or race or anything like that it’s just a long process for some I think it just depend on which hands your case drops in that my belief🤷🏽♀️

my case aproved after 3 years don’t worry if you guys still together there is nothing to worried .My case was soo different iDK how my case got approved .My case was sooo critical I can’t even explain but don’t worry everything will be fine and your card is on your way god bless you

I feel ur pain my wait has been shorter but I just lost my job and now sitting at home for the last 2 weeks, I worked on my tax ID for the last year or so paid my taxes and now can’t even find a job

Would you consider getting your US citizenship now that you’re eligible? That way you wouldn’t have to worry about I-751 anymore…

Potomac is kind of USCIS office very slow processing the paperwork. I have my family member has been waiting for 3 years with form I-751. So I think you are not one

I-751 I think will be take time. I saw many people around that time too. you can apply for citizenship at this time so maybe they will be interview both at the same time and get it faster.

It's purely random. I saw someone posted i-485 approval in 4 months for same sex couple this a.m. Cut the wait and apply for your citizenship!!
