i-751 Rejection Notice
Hi! Did somebody here received a Rejection notice for ROC thats says
"Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. Your payment is being returned to you with this notice. No additional action by you is required at this time." So does it means they still process my paper? Because online says Case was received and with the receipt number. But on the letter that they sent there were no receipt number or Priority date or Birth date. Hopefully someone could make me understand this. Thank you!

they rejected they application which means that no receipt number was created. You have apply again or send the documents again. It could be a wrong filing fee or documents missing etc.

They didnt return my application or evidence that I sent. I got my receipt number when I called USCIS. The lady said that in the system it did not says there my application was rejected and doesnt know about the letter rejection I got.

They also deduct my 680 on my bank acct.

hmmm then I guess they didn’t rejected the application lol. if you have your receipt number then it should be all good

Hopefully . Because says on the letter no action required so Ill try to call again if I will get other answer cause green card is expiring this end of the month. 🙏🏼😬
