I-751 new Lawfully app prediction
it now says 50% chance for my case to be approved between Oct 11 2021 and Jan 8 2022 compared to 29% before the new app update.
Well, it’s less than one month left now, let’s see how close their prediction is.

anything can happen, mine is July 2021 and case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
Rahul JoshiDec 10, 2021
prediction never works
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
I have a new Prediction as well, but i honestly don't believe it. It doesn't line up with the processing times at USCIS Website, especially for California Service Center.

my filing date is april 13, 2021 keeps getting transfered around🤦🏼♂️ mine shows 68%

California is processing faster than before. they are approving 2021. the reason the range is so long (7-22 months etc) is because the sample is now based on the past 6 months as opposed to only 1 month before
Arni ADec 10, 2021
@Waiting Patiently , I know, but for some reason last two months it’s been slow compared to other service centers if checking the FB group for I-751
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
I’m in Vermont and it’s just finishing up Dec 2020 but I was surprised how many approvals Cali was churning out for 2021. some were feb 2021, I think only Texas service center was that far along
J JDec 10, 2021
that is quick. I filed in April 2020 and now waiting for interview. NBC
Flex acerDec 10, 2021
I never get to understand what this sample base on last 6 months as opposed to 1 month mean. @ waiting patiently, do you mind explaining?
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
@ Flex acer so USCIS updates their processing times on a monthly basis. The next update is in 4-6 days I believe. The estimates used to be based on the prior month but now it’s based on how many applications they have processed in the prior 6 months. This is why service centers like California are such varying lengths of time from 7-21 months as opposed to others.
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
Then why did the processing times get so much longer when you check on the Website?
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
which service center got longer Jennifer? mine (Vermont) was 10-21 months… now 10-16 months. Cali is 7- 21 months it was 20-24 months a like 2 months back. It just means certain cases are easy maybe don’t require interviews/rfe and they are processing them faster than those who need rfe/transfers for interviews etc. By giving us an average of the processing times for the past 6 months gives us a bigger picture than just the past month. people’s cases are very different depending on if they are still together , have kids, assets, evidence sent etc obviously will be processed faster much faster than other cases sent at the same time
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
Well wasn't California about 26 Months and now it even got longer?
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
it’s 7 to 22 months now which is a big difference than 20-26 months or whatever it was. That essentially translates to… best case scenario now is 7 months and WAS 20 months before. Worst case is 22 months now and was 26 months before but keep in mind that’s a sample of the past 6 months when Cali was talking longer… The averages are getting better monthly
Arni ADec 10, 2021
actually for a short period of time (2 months maybe) I saw 6.5-9 months before they updated to 7-22
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
I just checked and it says 27.5 months to 35.5 months.. am i missing something?
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
yes Arni you are correct and that’s when the data was based on just one month so those #s are the most accurate. That’s why I mentioned I have seen approvals out of Cali from feb 2021. As of last month the data for processing times is based on the last 6 months that’s why it’s 7-22 months atm because those long processing times from 4 months ago are factored in the average
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
I think ur checking the wrong places Jennifer lol
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
But I'm on the official USCIS Website checking for I130
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
we are talking about i751…. to remove conditions on legal green card holders married to American citizens. we already have our green cards, just need our conditions removed
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
Oh.. man i got excited for a little 🤣
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
so it’s are based on the past 6 months now too but yeah got longer. hang in there!!!💕
Jennifer MDec 10, 2021
Thank you! Still hoping that it doesn't take that long 😫
kim ADec 10, 2021
@waiting patiently you haven’t heard anything from them still, when did u file?
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
@Kim my filing date is Feb 19, 2021 … my bio is April 6 2021… I got my 24 month extension about a month ago. I have not gotten rfe or interview and I am not expecting to because we have a child together and we provided waaayyyyyy too much evidence. Infact we really did overkill lol All the cases around me that needed rfe were sent in the summer or require interviews were booked months ago. I am honestly just expecting a card in the mail at this point. I am almost 10 months in now and the processing time is 10-16 months.
kim ADec 10, 2021
😂😂😂’ waayyyy to much evidence got me rolling on the floor’ 😂😂😂 but yea I should be expecting my own interview then just still sad that my wife is still locked up 🤦🏾♂️ but hopefully you get response from them soon
Waiting PatientlyDec 10, 2021
definitely man, it’ll be good fingers crossed
