is his name on the child’s birth certificate? can you get an addendum to your lease showing that he also lives there? for example the lease is under my name but my husband is shown as an occupant. pictures together on vacation? itineraries with flights in both your names? same health insurance? beneficiaries on your bank accounts?

his name is on my daughter birth certificate. Yes, he has access to my bank account, and we do not have the same health insurance.

bring car registration if both of y’all names on there and car insurance if both of y’all name in there but if he’s name on your daughter birth certificate that usually stop them from asking more questions and if y’all ever file taxes together just bring that and some pictures
