Feb 19, 2021 for 751 here. Uscis online status says ‘case received’ but I got a letter back in March 2021 for biometrics reuse… I called uscis in April and they said my bio was applied and ignore online status. I see a lot of movement in the cases around us… some need interviews do they started getting moved to other service centers from Beginning of sept to beginning of Oct. I saw rfes were sent Aug/sept so if ur case is standing still and is 10 month processing earliest time, we might just get card in mail around Dec 2021 because we haven’t got rfe yet or moved. My hubby and I are still together living with our daughter within the marriage. I’m guessing your case is very straight forward

@Sejal: You applied for ROC or ead? because i-751 is ROC.

Vermont i751 March 2020 and still waiting. combo interview since I filed my n400 in June 2021

@H S dam. they slow slow.

Vermont is unfortunately the slowest center

however filing my n400 pushed the cases and they said they're going to do a combo interview for both sides

am gonna file n400 in March 2022 if my case is still stuck

file as soon as your 90 day window opens up. Vermont is still processing Feb 2020 cases right now. They're insufferable

definitely. I submitted so many requests and they always respond saying they're understaffed or overwhelmed or working from home. like this is our lives ..

@ hs they were slow before covid and during so they just make up anything to tell us. keep me posted on ur journey, I will do the same
