that office is very slow

I got the same thing from the congressman where Oakland park is is saying that is waiting for slot for my interview and will communicate when they have the space available, it will be my third interview because I had 2 in Miami and they denied my case for nothing .

@jack Bower Did they also gave you NTA for removal proceeding after previous denials?

@S L they do because now is normal thing and part is of the new policy and now I have to be in front of the judge and I’m married for almost 10 years with US citizen and got here to school met my wife and we got married in 2017 but I’m have being here since 2013 legally.

@jack Bower sorry to hear this about your denials. what was the reason? when did you file?

@S L they said that we did not sent enough proof to the marriage and they went to the place where we lived but we wasn’t living there for awhile and everything got changed inside the immigration. they dienied and we started again and send lot of proof now for all those years . Everything that they was looking for answer is 5 dollar different about my rent payment and my wife told the wrong number where it was just 5 dollar of difference and I always paid my rent not my wife and they know because I kept all money orders . They asked me about my marriage date and I messed with the day that I got my marriage license lol because I thought that was legal married form that date , literally very small things and they took almost 4 years to denied it because the was running off the time and decided to do this shi** . Now I’m we are ready to go there again and make it done , the crazzy part is we was waiting for them for awhile and just when we moved out of the state and changed the address and everything under the law they went there and I’m still don’t know why .

@jack Bower wow that’s crazy, I am sorry this is happening. I hope you moving out of state doesn’t further affect the situation.

we are back to Florida more than 3 years now and they sent the same message to the congressman about my case in Oakland Park

@jack Bower so the 2x that you got denied it wasn’t by Oakland Park FO?

@Sible James just one time that happened in the end of 2024 and after that my lawyer decided to restart a new case and sent everything inclusive proof of the first case and now we are still waiting for them . Remeber that We had 2 interviews in Miami in 2021 and they did not take any action útil in the end of 2024 probably did not take the look that was supposed to be and denied making it more easy because they can be sued if hold for more long .

@Sible James in my case I think that will not have another interview with USCIS because My master hearing is already booked to next year in may , now they just need to aproov my 130 that I can request the adjustment of status in front of the judge and maybe the judge will ask to my wife testimony that will be a kind interview , everything being good we done and finally get my doc back .
