I-751 Form
Good afternoon, I will be filing the I-175. For 2021 my husband and I filed married filing seperatley and only have Tax Return Transcripts am I able to file those or bc we filed Married Filing Seperataly we don't send it? 2.) Do I provide his passport photos? 3.) I have seen contradicting info on what photo evidence to provide. Some say since we've gotten married (some of which I provided for the first green card) and others say anything I have that has not been filed before? So what do I provide? Thank you for taking the time to read and any response is greatly appreciated thank you!

@Mina A What other financial commingling evidence do you have? filing separately is not a good look but it can be cured by other joint financial evidences

the tax return for 2022 is married filing jointly we were having issues with the people doing our taxes so we skipped that year so the list I'm looking at says to file tax returns that were filed jointly should I just file the 2022 tax return @Muhammad Mughal @tom G @Rocco Forté

@Rocco Forté Should I just file the joint one or both thank you for answering!

@Mina A File both because your spouse’s SSN is still written on your taxes even if filed separately. Make sure you send tax transcripts too
