i-751, different address on ID, no spouse TAXes
Hi!
My case was accepted on 20th of July 2025.
We had in interview in October 2023.
We recently moved, and my wife (USCitizen) has a different address on her ID, same state (NJ) though.
Also, I didn’t send her taxes, as she has some financial hardships. So I sent only mine - “Married Filed Separately”
All the other documents are ok - bank statements, car insurance, phone bills, affidavits, marriage certificate, birth certificate, 30 joint pictures.
Did anyone have same situation? What is the risk to get RFE or Interview?

Mc Lab - she got here ID before we moved from NY to NJ. It is also much cheaper for a car insuranxe ($300 savings per month)… but we didn’t explain it in the package

Anna B - her taxes are a mess… she includes her niece as a dependent to get assistance… it’s her business.. i can’t do nothing with it.. not even my fault… so i decided just not to send her taxes
