Call the contact centre, when you get to the automated message say missing document, if they ask if you have a document number say no. It gets me through every time. When you get to speak to a tier 1, tell them you need an appointment for ADIT stamp because your i797 extension is expiring. I filed i751 in Aug 2020, my extension expired in 10/2/22, I call USCIS in Sept 22, was put in queue for an appointment. Waited almost 60 days for the appointment. I got my stamp on 11/30/22, now am back to waiting for the i751 decision.... hope this helps.

@Anirdh, I’ll say go ahead and apply for your citizenship. that’s if you’re interested in one. I’ve seen it trigger movement on some people pending cases.

thank you Eileen and Johnny for your advice and support, appreciate it. just called the USCIS service number and was able to get a reference ID and told to wait for 30 days to expect a call from USCIS on my case.

hey...my advise is wait for the approval..mine is over 4yrs now n I got infor pass...after I went for my n400 interview..the officer did interview for me on my i751 instead of n400 n canceled the n400... officer reply was I 751 need to be approved first before I can go forward with my n400...so I will just advise yo to stay in there till you get ur i751 approved..God help us alll...n my wife is asking for divorce now...

my extension expires Jan 20, 2023, requested USCIS to Expedite the process to get an ADIT stamp, fingers crossed!! I told them if the process gets delayed it might effect my job, not sure if I’m allowed to work without an ADIT stamp. They have requested me to get an employer letter.

as long as you have I-751 pending you will get your I-551 stamp, not a big deal.

USCIS has extended the conditional Green card, pending I-751 petition to 48 months from 01-25-2023.

those who received the 24 month extension will receive their 48 months receipt.

@ROC 1234 : Same with mine. Stopped calling them. Haven’t received my extension notice yet.

@ROC 1234 : had my info pass appointment and got the ADIT stamp for one year. it’s been 26 months since I filed still waiting for my case to be processed.
