I-751 cases
Hi guys,
just checking with you if any of you got recent updates on your i-751 cases….?
Anyone having their case in Vermont or in their local office?
It’s the first time I see our community being so quiet vs the i-485.
is it that slow to remove the conditions?
thanks!

@Uly CG which local office do you have? for the most fortunates it’s few months. I feel like there are also more or less complex cases that adds time to the processing time and also discriminations depending on the country of origin.

@Nic B country of origin? I don’t think that it matters at all. they work on cases in order in was received, but I did see that now it’s electronic submission which should speed up the process. complex cases go to the interview, easy just get their approval. my local office is queens , NY
