i-751 case transferred to another office
Hi! I currently have 2 cases pending: i-751 (submitted on December 2019) and n-400 (submitted September 2020). last week a got a notice regarding my n-400 application saying they reused my biometrics (yaay!) and today i got a notice regarding my i-751 saying they transferred my case to another office. what does this mean? note: i-751 was being processed in Verment center and n-400 is being processed in the NBC.

Summer, did they send you a notice first about transfer and then another notice for the interview? or it was a transfer notice for the interview? also what’s your case completion time for n400 on uscis account if you have one, my case completion time today was September 2021 but keep moving back and forth between September and December 2021.

well I wish you good luck for the interview, if you’re still married than you’re all good, don’t worry about it too much. cuz they gonna interview us for n400 anyway. I don’t care if they interview me for i751, it’s just I wanna get over with this entire immigration process, tired of keep checking these apps every day, very lengthy process.

@rayhan that’s a good sign. means things are moving. they put both of your cases in the same office. and they reused your biometrics to save time.

Hi, October 3 2019 I-751 confirmed and I got my 10 years card. I divorced and got married again to Us citizen. 49 days ago I applied Us citizenship with my 5th years with green card. Last year I moved to Missouri area. Now It says ‘’January 4, 2022 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction’’ and n400 actively reviewing. Is that good sign?

Biometrics reused for I-751 in March 2021. Applied for N-400 in December 2021 based on 3 years marriage, biometrics reused. N-400 case actively reviewed by USCIS. Feb 11 2022, I-751 transferred to NBC to speed up processing.

Hey People… I submitted my I751 in June 2021, then my N400 in Jun 2022. I had my interview for N400 on Sept 1st, 2022, and it was approved but they didn't assign me for the ceremony. Now, it shows my I751 “ September 6, 2022 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction”... My N400 was approved but my I751 is been transferred (still pending). I don't know what to do.

Hi People. Do you guys have any updates to your cases? Thanks @Oswaldo Vergara
Dec 1, 2022
Hey guys my name is David, Has anyone sent their application recently? I sent my i751 back in August 25 2022, they received it August 30. My case change to: Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction On October 25, 2022, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by November 24, 2022, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I received the letter and it says my case was transferred for speeding up the process to NBC. My noticed date for this letter was 10/21/22. Does anyone know how much longer I have to wait? And what’s next? And if I have to do an interview?

I applied for my i-751 in March 2021, my case was transferred too i still have no decision and i had my n400 interview too and now i wait. You should get a 24 month extension to your green card and after just wait, right now waiting time is like 24 months.
