i havent received a recipt notice after submitted. it was April 2023. USCIS took off money on my account and it said actively reviewing by USCIS. i requested a receipt notice so many time by uscis contact form. no reply back. how can i do? i sent email, call everything there's no way to contact with USCIS

do you have a online account ? sometimes they don’t send it and it’s in the online document section on uscis

yes i have online acct, and i got text message too that they sent it. also when i track it in this app. it also said receipt is sent already :(
