I-751 & N-400 Probably a combo interview.
Hi guys, any help or information I’d appreciate it so much.  So I have my I-751 pending but my N-400 already scheduled for an interview March 7th. I’m going to start getting documents ready for the I-751 guessing that I might have a combo interview. Please could you please let me know what documents should I put  together to take with me that day for the interview? And should I do if my interview day comes and didn’t hear anything about the I-751?  Thank you 🙏🏻

Thanks for sharing. I did it on the App "Inmigra USA" the community of Immigrants in the United States. inmigrausa.com There are immigration lawyers and free collaborators. Stay up to date on news of interest to the Latino community. Search Inmigrate USA. I chose the Florida community, it looks like they are starting now, so I recommend you choose Florida. Busca inmigra USA el app del inmigrante, de verdad es muy buena tambien. Thanks!!!

Go to your citizenship interview and bring all documents you submitted previously for your removal of condition, such as lease, bank statements, benefit information, anything that is joint with your spouse.

IF ITS ONLY THE N-400 INTERVIEW, LET THEM KNOW YOU HAVE THE I- 751 PENDING. BUT STILL BRING YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS INCASE.

@Reda Reda Update: My citizenship got approved and I got the oath the same day. The IO did not ask me for any document he just asked me for my Green Card and he told me I had the I-751 pending he was going to try to approve it the same day. He told me he found all the documents he needed already. he asked me 6 questions about the civic test. after the interview, he told me I was a US citizen and my I-751 got approved. It was a 15-minute interview. My advice for you bring as many documents as you can to prove your relationship is bonafide.

@Reda Reda I brought a lot of documents. 1- 3 years taxes 2- House deed 3- Bills (internet, light, water etc) 4- Her birth certificate 5- all the noticed since k1 6- all the pictures since K1 at was a lot… lol 7- My passport 8-I94 9- My ID 10-Marriage certificate and so on It is important to brings all your documents related to the case because sometimes the system is down they can not access the document you already submitted. you save yourself the time of rescheduling the interview.
