@isaac Ab am seeing different waiting ranges, Some are getting in about a month , a couple of months, the good thing case is progressing expect positive email/mail soon. where did your petition is transferred? is it another USCIS service center or field office/DOS
isaac Ab18h
@De Ro the case is transferred to a USCIS field office or a DOS consulate in the country where my beneficiary lives. However, when I submitted an inquiry to USCIS, they responded: “Your Form I-730 was transferred to the Refugee Operations I-730 Processing Unit with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).”

@isaac Ab hope you will receive approval soon, one of a friend got the same response and got approval letter in less than a month. Stay strong we are on the same situation,

@De Ro Thank you so much for your kind response. It’s been a long separation from my family—almost six years to get to this point. After all these years of waiting, seeing the I-730 petitions transferred and then stuck somewhere is truly frustrating for me and my family.

I-730 steps are: first USCIS reviews the petition, then it goes to the Refugee Processing Unit, and after that, it’s transferred to the field office/NVC for the final step the interview and approval.
