Sharing my timeline for i-730 Asylee petition with beneficiary in India.
(1) Receipt Notice June 27, 2025
(2) Transfer to "Refugee and International Operation" from Texas Service Center on July 11, 2025
(3) Transfer to USCIS Field Office in New Delhi September 24, 2025 "Preliminary Review" completed.
Now Awaiting Interview email since
In the meantime, CEAC system "Ready" since October 23, 2025

my tl: Jan 23rd, 2025 receipt notice; Oct 14th, Transfer to RIO; no further update since then. your tl differs a lot from mine, so not able to suggest the time for them to send interview email though

@ C X. Your beneficiary has USCIS field office in country?? If you do, they will send you a transfer notice after "preliminary review completion" at RIO.

@EL Lei thanks for input. Yes, they have field office in the country, but we still don't know when will RIO finish the preliminary review, it has been like 2 months after the case was transferred to RIO

@CX. It takes about 3 months for RIO to complete preliminary review and transfer to field office. Can you share what you are hearing recently about cases at your field office??
