@Mi Im when did you apply I-730?

I never heard anyone got RFE for I-730. What was that for ?

I have seen NOID which is requesting for additional docs otherwise it will be denied, after submitting NOID no response for more than a month, are you referring to NOID or RFE?

@Mi Im Form I-590 is used to apply for refugee status in the U.S., and it is not the same as an RFE (Request for Evidence). Don’t worry your case is progressing well

hello guys I applied on August 2023.until now my too waiting for approval notice..

I received same rfe for my form i730 because one of my son was more than 21 when i filed for asylum

me too the uscis asked for form i_590 and refe evidence also as photos and all of that between me and my wife.since October 2024 waiting no update!!

@ali khedr I sent my documents to Washington DC office is that same state where you sent your RFE response? did they tell you if they received your documents ?

@ali khedr it took me 120 days for my i730 approval. I applied in October,2023
