I’m confused you said the status says “ refused” ??? but if the officer took his passport I think that the good thing tho cause they can stam “ Visa” on it and return it to him

this is normal after fe days it’s show issue I believe. please can you share Timline At NVC how long they took to transfer the case embassy and interview?

its normal you will get back passport with stamp visa

it’s normal for the status to be in denial while they process the visa, it will update once they’re done

yah administrative processes is always like that but don’t worried they will issued his visa

@Khan 804 less than 2 weeks . I didn’t get a confirmation from the embassy and the nvc , I just did an inquiry with the embassy and they told me that they got my case and were busy creating a profile for me , two days later status changed from transit to ready.

@God Bless America applied in dec 2023 approved in November 2024 interview and medical in 27 March 2025 , we are currently in administrative process and praying for the visa .
