@RR RR congratulations! when did you apply?

congratulations! it's like we predicted, that you would get the approval notice soon. Based on the visa bulletin NVC is working on cases they have received two weeks ago, since they don't send mail or welcome letter to I-730 applicants wait for 10 days and submit NVC inquiry to ask for your case number and invoice number. Then you can use that number to to track your case status.

@A K Thank you, applied on September and transfered on April and got approved on May 14 but received the letter 30 June

@RR RR Congratulations 🎊 my status is like this since May 19 On May 19, 2025, we transferred your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, Receipt Number SRC2513xxxxxx, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. I received the transfer notice after 5 business days on May 24,2025. did you receive this update that I shared above on May 14,2025. thanks

@RR RR thanks for your response, so your online status changed to Approved on May 14,2025. that is strange because I don’t even get the approved status. I was waiting the approval Notice which come 8 weeks after I got the transfer notice. I guess I will have to wait.

@kalid jamma After you received the transfer notice it take between 5-8 weeks to receive the approval notice for your petition from the new office that has jurisdiction. And on the letter they will inform you they have transferred your case to NVC, if your beneficiary is outside US.

@kalid jamma By the way your online status will not change, even after you got your approval and your case is transferred to Embassy. it remains on Transfered status.

@Joe 2 thanks for your response, yes the beneficiary is outside the US. the 8 week waiting period is due in July 14 so still I got 2 weeks left. I will wait and update you when I receive it.

@irshad khan just keep an eye on your email from NVC, am waiting since June 30, I did submitted inquiry and waiting their reply too
