I gave fingerprints a long time ago, but it doesn't show up here. Is this normal? Does anyone else have the same problem? Or should I send a letter(copy of fingerprints )to UCIS? 08.07.2024 apply and 09.05.2024 fingerprints

@Shokhida kh it will stay as “fees were waived” till it gets moved to the next stage. biometrics updates never shows in the status update

same here I applied on 04/28/2024. an my dougther got firgeprint on 05/2024. but is no update on the system.

Applied for my wife in august 2024, they didn’t even take any fingerprints, stuck at fees waived

@God Bless America they haven’t taken fingerprints for my beneficiary till date applied almost 15 months ago . they have never gotten any request or notice for their biometrics. the only thing we got till today is just the receipt notice from
the date we applied beneficiary is in US I dont know what could be the reason . We are just waiting for a miracle at this point
