I submitted two months ago and my progress shows that estimated waiting time is 4 months. You should try to expedite or submit a service request

applied on june 06 2022 same with us

after 7 months, i received approval. Dec 2021 - jul 2022

I am not receiving any updates online, even though I have done my biometrics,they can’t be seen online

@sunny saini i check thru chat Emma the agent told me uscis no information yet for I-730 thats why not available on tool my case also fees are waive since March 2021 i sent email follow up the case to ombudsman hoping good outcome

@Ahmed Ali @Samarjeet Singh @sunny saini did you received updates on your case still can’t check I-730 at USCIS web I did send message thru ‘chat emma’ the agent said send email to asylum office at CA then I did sent email they said no clue which service center your case was?

@Mi Mi, I called customer service, and as usual, they had no clue about anything. They told me to call the asylum office, and I called them, and they told me it was transferred. I didn't receive any notification. We are dealing with a dumb and inefficient system.

@Ahmed Ali I sent an email again to asylum office and I was told most of I-730 cases were transferred to Washington DC they dont have a clue which case was transferred.I tried to send email to ombudsman and its been amonth not hear anything from them.

@Mi Im nope. I think we won’t be receiving any updates online and neither the uscis call Center will tell something. the only thing we can do is wait for a mail📬

@Mi Im no update its so frustrating we expedite request for my mom 1.5 months no response. am losing hope cant live like this. they should do something like work permit while we waiting for approval.

@Mi Im same here. check my profile. the app shows that I was approved even without biometrics.They don’t update stuff online and that’s why it’s worth waiting for the updates through mails(usps)
