i wait 17 months for the interview im also in the usa nebraska office

I waited 26 month and sued the uscis.

@Ahmed Ali my husband filed for us ( abroad) on July 18 2023 and it was approved in October and send to the NVC in Nov. now we are waiting for the interview date

On jan 2020 I applied for my husband, today they transferred my case for the second time.

I waited for 8 months. get approved now.

@kai naz what they ask in interview is that about asylum or marriage questions and how much attorney charge to sue uscis

@My My I filled mandamus on March 2023 and uscis called to the interview on April 3 rd. Got approval on April 5,2023
