Same here. Just mailed out my medical rfe. Today, my lawyer said it seems like just before final decision. Fingers crossed.

@B A Yes. I went to see a Civil Sergeon and he said it looks ok with my previous vaccine record but 3 vaccines were expired. I went cvs and got those shots I needed and all 3 shots were free of charge.

Getting an I-693 RFE from NBC is generally a good sign. In many cases, when NBC requests the medical exam, it means they’re preparing the case for final review and possible approval without sending it to a field office for interview. It’s not a 100 percent guarantee that the interview is waived, but a lot of straightforward cases do get approved after submitting the medical.
