i 693 medical request by email
Hello guys!
i have received an email on march 27 from Newark field office requesting to send my i693 medical exam by hand or by express mail.
I have submitted it by hand on April 11.
On my online account it is only showing that my case is being actively reviewed and there is nothing mentioning the rfe.
did someone experience something similar?
what is next? how long should I wait until I see an update?

i didn’t get no email but they mailed me RFE notice for medicals. i sent it 5 days ago and no updates since then. my case status switched from we sent you an RFE to we are actively reviewing before I even sent the medical and it’s been actively reviewing. idk what’s going on. it’s newark FO

I got a mail letter (on March 21st), that clearly stated that that it was not an RFE, but I could send my medical exam if I wanted. I sent the medical exams 2 weeks ago to the Fresno FO (the letter was from Fresno, although I live I. San Francisco), and I got green card approved last Thursday. Fingers crossed 🤞 pretty sure they give you a decision soon!
