I am in the same situation like you, I read on uscis website that medical exam report is valid for an year but it has to be submitted within 60days after doctor signs it
hatim kapasiJan 17, 2021
@cf amfz: so you are saying 60 days doesn't applies to those who takes the medical report in their interview?

Do you have the medical exam or does the USCIS have it?

have it with me....

if you have it with you then I strongly recommend you get a new medical test. I’m in the same situation. The doctor told me that some tests (flu shot and other things) are valid for only two or three months. if you take this medical test with you they will reject it. You need to get a new one. The test is valid for two years IF THE USCIS HAVE IT.

thanks @sam... I guess I got no choice but pay for a medical exam again.

my test is from August 2020. My interview is in February. The doctor told me some info in the test will be expired if I use this test. He told me to schedule a new test when I know about my interview date. I waited and did it again. I’m sorry it will be extra money, but safe better than sorry.

@April R I paid for three medical exams if this makes you feel better lol

if you have it with you after 60 days is expired for USCIS because that was my case they said 2 year just in their hands

if you can the doctor just have to update the i693 and the signature. some doctors do that

@hatim yes Is what I have read from experiences of other people. Just applies when you are about to send your AOS application.
