@A ATHIYUR - for each person separte package ( medical report closed and sealed by civil Surgeon + copy of rfe received + may be a cover letter) . please keep the original receipts of couriers done.

@Eb1_ 22 good question, @A ATHIYUR have you filled any amendments, any other activity with Your current immigration status? trying to figure out how uscis pick up the cases. BTW, mine is 25th March 2022 and no update.

I did not do anything . my priority date is 5th October 2022.

Yes, your approach is correct. Each person needs a separate new I-693 from a USCIS civil surgeon, sealed and untouched. Do not open the envelopes. For the response, prepare individual packets per applicant with that person’s sealed I-693 and a copy of their specific RFIE notice, especially the page with the barcode. Then you can place all four smaller packets inside one outer shipping box and send it to the exact courier address listed on the RFIE. Just make sure the form edition is current, everything is signed properly, and it arrives before the deadline. Was your online case status updated when you received the RFE, @A ATHIYUR? Asking because I have a similar priority date, but since I have changed my address, I'm unsure if USCIS is sending any mail to my old address. I have updated my address using the USCIS address change tool, but can't confirm what's the mailing address they have on file.

@A ATHIYUR I had a similar RFIE , it was a polio vaccination update for myself and my spouse. I submitted the updated file on Feb.2 and got EAD Approval Feb.3. I am waiting for GC approval.

so it took a month approx after medical RFE submitted
