I-693 Medical Exam Reminder
my attorney forwarded the courtesy reminder letter from USCIS about the Form I-693 medical exam .
But I have mailed the I-693 medical forms together with form I-485 while filing. This has been confirmed by the attorney who filed my case.
Now my questions are -
1. Is it common to get medical exam reminder case even if the medical forms have been mailed ?
2. or is it possible that my antonymy misplaced the medicals and did not mailed the medicals while filing I-485 ?
or is USCIS misplaced the medical forms and requesting it again ?

I got it too, but I did not submit it with my 485 before.

It’s strange though. I’m not sure USCIS would be sending a reminder letter if they have your medical form in their custody. I’ll suggest that you talk to your attorney about. You need to be sure he indeed mailed your medicals with your Form I-485. Never assume that he did

Doesn't matter... u can send as much documents as you want. Things they will not want, they will put it away. But about the medical, it is something who get expired real quick.

Im an attormey, this does not constitute legal advice, but general advice. you should note a lot of issues can arise before and after submisson. Medical forms are only valid for a specific time, i believe 2 years. Secondly USCIS will not accept forms where there is a rip in the medical envelope and will reject it even though it could have happened in transit or after receipt.
