I 693 double sided
my doctor provided me the I 693 form that was printed double sided and stapled together. would it create a problem as Uscis asks the forms to be single sided and not stapled?

I believe it must be printed on single side and not to be stapled. This is USCIS requirement and all civil surgeons under USCIS know it. Didn't your doctor showed you I-693 after taking printout and sealed it in an envelope?

it shouldn’t be a problem. Doctors do that everyday, they know how to do it. What matters is the info

doesn’t matter, don’t lose your sleep over it.

Was the copy provided to you the photocopy of the original? The original copy would be in the sealed envelope and technical you wouldn’t see it because you need to submit without open it, and that wouldn’t be your problem however it’s printed. If it’s just photocopy of the original, that’s for you to keep and shouldn’t matter either. You could photocopy the photocopy into single sided if you want, but don’t see a need to it. 😉
