I-601A out of order
have you all noticed the processing of I-601A’s out of order? for example, it appears on the graph that 8% of cases filed in February of 2023 have been approved.
thoughts? anyone contacted their congressman?

Hi,I did contact with Congressman,but she only thanked me for contact and did nothing.

@Katarzyna Serafin If your I-601A is within the processing time congressman or state representatives won't do anything.
Unless if you want to expedite or your case is now processing longer then normal they will help out.

@tim sankey Everyone knows that USCIS does not adjudicated applications in the order taken and this really sucks. some individuals will waite 3.5-4 years while other can get it approved in 1.5 years.
The system is operated with flaws.

yes,I know about it,like I mentioned above she thanked for contact and that's it. I just wait likes other,just be patient,that's all what I can do.
