isn't it outside waiting time? you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com

It doesn’t appear to be outside the waiting time at all. People that submitted in 2020 are still waiting (they are working on Sept 2020). It might still be about 2 years for someone who submitted in 2022 to receive a decision- i601a waivers are taking 3-4 years.
