I-601 Inadmissibility
Great news! My waiver was approved today, along with my I-485. I filed the waiver on November 4, 2024, due to the issues with my divorce decree from Nigeria. I want to give hope to those going through a similar experience. Despite my lawyer letting me down, I prepared and filed the documents myself. God is good, and everything worked out well. Please stay hopeful; things will get better for everyone."

@holy Christy l ,that was what I saw too that an action as been taken on my case,so I went to my online account and saw that my case was approved.why don’t you refresh your page and check back again.

@ayo l ,my Nigerian divorce was fake,I didn’t know that it was until my lawyer told me,so I did another divorce here.which was part of what I explained in the waiver I submitted

@Jay Lawrence .I didnt divorce my current husband ,I only had to do the divorce from my ex husband again in the US since the one I did in Nigeria was not accepted
