Why did they ask you for 601 & 212??

because I was in us before and they rejected me as asylum then I left the country then my wife re apply for the I 130 I did the interview after that they side u need the form to filled out

your going through the same thing as me and my husband. he got deported 2016, i applied for i-130 august 2022, he got his interview february 2024, consultant said to send in 212 and 601, been waiting for 6 months now on that and i haven’t seen him in over a year …

I was waiting for since 01/301/2022 they reply sept 19th 2023 they updated my last name because it changed since then still waiting
