Hello ,anyone has any experience how long it takes for the field office to send RFE(medical)???Vawa approved August 13 2024,I called USCIS today they said my I-485 is in Texas service center.

I think it varies from all the testimonies I’ve been reading from different platforms.., it takes some time. my own vawa has been approved since June 25th 2024 and no any update since then., not even an approval notice yet. My concurrent i485 still pending. NY FO.

@Ab ok you didn’t get approval notice?did you talk to your lawyer?

@Anonyme Ann yh.. I did, he said he didn’t get any either. I’ve communicated with the uscis a few times, they keep initiating service requests smh. I’m just piling up some proof of my efforts in case I might have to sue later or involve my reps.
