I-485J Changing employer after 1 year contract
Hello friends,
I almost finish a 1 year contract with my initial sponsor and would like to move to Houston after that. Like many of us, my I485 is still pending and I'm waiting for my PD to be current. Thus, I would like to ask for your experiences and advice about the process to file I485 J
- how do you persuade new employer to sign I485J for you?
- do you know any restaurant jobs available in Houston or nearby areas? please refer me

@T Ho What is your PD? There are a lot of immigrant lawyers on Houston, you can reach out to them for helping I-485J

@waiting for gc my PD is Jan 22. I got a lawyer from the agency, but I have to look for a new sponsor by myself. do you know any sponsors in Houston?

@T Ho you should ask the lawyer from Houston maybe they would know. I don’t know any sponsor in Houston.
