@zim c no I don’t think conflict if you bypass your attorney my I-485 it’s a different attorney my mandamus it’s a different attorney because my main attorney it’s lazy and did not wanted to do anything but wait

@carry minati @ I have not got any update other than they where served on December the 22nd but hey also they where closed almost the entire Christmas week and the new years so I hope I get an a update this week it should be the first full week of the week so I’ll be waiting

@Alex brown we serve them on December the 29th and January the 4th I see amended complaint by my attorney and from that point they have until February the 20th to respond any updates from your side ? where did you filed the mandamus I did it in California
