I 485 was rejected
Hello. I had rejected form I485 for unmarried child under 21 that currentlyin usa. I send requested evidence with new i485 1month ago and it's still didn't hear nothing from them. I do have prove that they received, as they signed when they received latter. Maybe anyone know how long do I need to wait untill they'll let me know if they rejected or processed. The i130 just got approved.

if your 485 got rejected you need to file 290B motion to reopen
