my vawa approved march 2024 and I never heard back from them, I called them they said I need to wait 30 days if I didn’t hear back from them I need to call them back , 1 year waiting now , no RFE no anything

@fadoua bahhi did you send them the approval notice so they can proces 485? sometimes you have to do that I did it and I was approved 2 months later

@Obote . was you able to check your rfe online. or just as a mail..did the mail come to you or to your lawyer. how soon after being notified of rfe did u get it..how many days. I too go approved last November 2024. and got rfe for 1485 6days ago not sure what it is ..I am nervous

@pater s my lawyer said that’s too to wait but is loo long waiting for 1 year that’s crazy , people are after me for months now they already got the green card, that it not fair . I called this number 1800-375-5283

@pater s Call customer service 1 (800) 375-5283, say "infopass" when the auto voice lets you speak. Give the receipt number for the I-485. When you get hold of a live person, politely explain your situation.
