I-485, VAWA
Does anyone know what is the next step on my pending I-485?
• My VAWA was approved on Dec 2022.
• I got RFE of birth certificate for I-485.
• I have already responded back RFE 1 month ago.

@srr kaa Looks like we both waiting because I’m approved Dec 2022, filed Feb 2021, no RFE on i485 yet but i485 changed to Fingerprint applied again Dec 2022 after approval

@Kenny Kenny How did you know that your field office is Atlanta? Did your MyCase status say ‘Case transferred to Atlanta’ ?

@srr kaa You asked what’s my field office meaning the state where you processing case from. But Generally all cases goes to Vermont and NBC so right now I haven’t gotten no transfer notice so probably at Vermont or NBC 🤷🏽♂️
